Aistear

We have been busy in school this week learning through play (Aistear). We have been
  • Visiting the Travel Agents
  • Playing at the beach
  • Making boats and testing to see if they will float or sink
  • Building a hotel with our jaggo blocks and
  • Creating a scene from the seaside using playdough.
We always make sure to plan our activity first and then we take about what each of us will do at our play area. We learn lots of new words each day and have got much better and playing together and solving problems.

Our School Trip

We had so much fun on our school trip to the pet farm. We got to travel to the farm on a big bus and when we arrived at the farm the sun was shining.

We got to see and feed lots of farm animals.

Then we played all day and we were very tired travelling back to school.

All ready to go..

Waiting to get on the bus

Off we go ready to feed the animals

Gardening

We had lots of fun in the sun helping Múinteoir Danielle and Múinteoir Karmel in our school garden. We helped build the rockery and plant some new flowers.

Back to School

We had a great first week back in school. Although some things in school are a little different this year we are all so delighted to be back...
